Baked skusha (saury, mackerel) - Fish Dish

Ingredients:

  • skusha
  • spices(salt, papper, dry vegetable seasoning, parsley, garlic)
  • 1dl white wine
  • 1dl water
  • olive oil
  • lemon

Directions:

First of all clean and wash skusha very well. Put
it in a deeper pan. Salt skusha from above and from within. Overflow a little bit with olive oil. Put above the fish a few slice of lemon, chopped garlick and parsley. After 20 minutes add wather and wine, cover pan with an aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes. After that remove allu-foil and bake for 10  minutes.
