Ingredients:


  • Smoked carp
  • One picked cabbage
  • One onion
  • Two clove of garlic
  • Bay leaf (Laurel)
  • One teaspoon of pepper
  • One teaspoon oh red hot pepper
  • Little oil
  • Salt depends of taste

Directions:

Chop onion and fry in saucepan.
When onion get goldbrown colour add choped picked cabbage and cook about half hour. Add spices and cook for awhile.
Pour all that in casserole and bake in oven for one hour on 200C/392F. Put carp over cabbage and bake fifteen minutes more.
