Moussaka

Recipe for Moussaka

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 middle onion
  • 400g ground meat
  • 6-8 large potato
  • spice (salt, pepper, parsley , vegetable seasoning)
  • oil

Directions:

Put oil in saucepan, add chopped onion and put
on the hotplate to fry. When onion get golden brown color add ground meat, salt, pepper, one teaspoon vegetable seasoning and fry that. At the end add parsley.
In one bowl cut potatoes as thinly as possible, add vegetable seasoning to taste and mix it.
Put oil in casserole and arrange potato until you cover whole casserole. Then add one half of meat and arrange over potato. Then cover all casserole with potato, then add another half of meat and again potato.
Put casserole on hotplate, add water until it cover potato and cook. When potato is cooked put casserole in oven and bake until potatoes are golden brown on 220C/428F degrees.
